Not a Jungle is the website of Tzvi Kilov, a Rabbi-writer from Atlanta. It contains his musings on Judaism, history, philosophy, art, science, politics, and more.
Why “Not A Jungle”? This name refers to a common theme in the talks of the Lubavitcher Rebbe of blessed memory, who would repeatedly attest to the beauty and order underlying the apparent chaos and brutality of the world.
The image in the menu (if you’re on desktop) is The Jetty at Cassis, Opus 198 by Paul Signac, which I recommend visiting at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
